Official Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s official warranty. The warranty period depends on the product category and specific factory.
- Cabinet furniture — from 12 months
- Upholstered furniture — from 12 to 24 months
- Lighting — from 12 months
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Mechanism malfunctions under proper use
- Hidden defects identified after assembly
What Is Not Covered by Warranty
- Natural wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use
- Mechanical damage after product acceptance
- Exposure to moisture, fire or chemicals
- Unauthorized modifications to the product structure
Warranty Claim Procedure
1. Contact Us
Provide your order number and briefly describe the issue.
2. Prepare Photos
Send photos of the defect so we can forward them to the manufacturer.
3. Resolution
Repair, replacement of parts or product, or compensation may be offered.
Exchange and Return
Product Exchange
Possible in case of manufacturing defects or discrepancy with the confirmed order.
Custom-made items are not eligible for exchange in the absence of a manufacturing defect.
Product Return
Returns are processed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
